Roman chair sit up


The frequency of your visits to the gym may seem to have little to do with your menstrual period, but these events are closely linked. Exercising places physical demands on your body that can affect your hormone levels — and menstrual cycle — in different ways.


Position


1. Hook your feet under the pad and get a comfortable position in the chair. Make sure your legs are anchored under the foot pad.

Execution 
1. Slowly allow the trunk of your body to sink below parallel, than raise back up to the starting position.
