Single leg squat with towel

Single leg squat with towel 
Stand with ur feet together and place ur right foot on the top of a folded towel.

Shifting ur weight to ur left leg, slide the towel out slowly to ur right.

Then slowly return to the start position. 
Work this side for 60 sec, keeping ur elbows bent and ur fists together near ur chin.

When u squat, ur left knee should bend between 45 and 90 degrees.

After 60 sec, switch legs and do the squat and slides for another 60 sec.
