Clam Dig With Rotation!
Lie on ur right side with ur head
cradled in ur right palm.
Bend ur knees in front of u 45 degrees.
Hold a 3-5 kg dumbell in ur left hand and keep ur left elbow on ur left side.
Lift both ur left leg and ur left arm up to the ceiling at about 90 degrees, keeping ur hips stacked without rocking backwards and with ur elbow pressed into ur side.
Hold at the top for 2 sec. before returning to start.
Repeat for 1 min, then switch sides.
